Welcome to the website of the Rumsey Town Hall and the Rumsey Improvement Association.  For over 100 years, we have been serving the community as a gathering place for the upper capay Valley.  We have monthly potluck dinners, host a variety of musical events, serve a yoga studio and act as a meeting place for a variety of organizations.
